Our small holiday flat has been lovingly furnished to offer you an unforgettable holiday experience in the Gastein Valley. The studio maximises space and creates a welcoming atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home. The modern furnishings with natural materials such as wood and stone combine practical functionality and give the flat a pleasant touch. Enjoy the morning sun on your own balcony and let your eyes wander over the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Gastein Valley.

The extras

Breakfast basket and bread service to order: Fresh bread rolls & pastries to start the morning. Breakfast: € 35 for 2 persons
On request we clean in between (€ 30) and change the bed linen and towels (€ 10).
The bathing lake is only a few minutes’ walk away.

Excluded: final cleaning (50 €), cleaning during the stay (30 €), change of linen during the stay (10 €) Additional arrangements such as breakfast, bread service, pizza service, delicacies for #dahoam to heat up, visitor’s tax (2.10 € per person and night), environmental contribution (1.20 € per person and night) and research institute tax (FIB, 1.80 €/P for stays of 3 nights or more).

Cancellation conditions

Free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival if the following reasons apply: travel warning for Salzburg, government quarantine order for returning travellers from the province of Salzburg. In such situations, cancellation is free of charge. Ideally, we will convert the deposit you have made into a voucher of value which will not expire. If unrestricted travel is possible, you will find the cancellation conditions for the coming season here:
